  • ¾–1 cup milk or juice (almond milk, oat milk, coconut water, or juice)

  • ½ banana (optional, for extra creaminess)

  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • Ice, if needed

Optional add-ins:
Chia seeds, flaxseed, collagen powder, yogurt, or coconut cream.
